Niki Taylor:
Niki was one of the world top supermodels in the 90's. A time when all that graced the covers of fashion magazines were supermodels and not celebrities. She hit the scene when supermodels were at the peak of stardom. When names like Cindy , Claudia, Eva , Niomi, Turlington , and Evagelista were larger names that big screen actresses. Niki entered the modeling world as one of the original supermodels.

Niki was the world youngest model to ever land on the cover of Vogue, she also landed on the cover of Seventeen magazine at the young age of just 14. She was just freshman in highschool when her modeling career took off.

Niki also made huge waves in the modeling industry when at the age of 17 she singed a muliti million dollar contract as the new face of covergirl cosmetics. Her career was sky rocketing faster than fashion comes and goes out of season. She was every where in the fashion industry, runways, commercials, TV shows, MTV house of style , and appearing on the J Leno show all still while in her early teens. While still in her first few years of modeling Niki was on the cover of over 200 magazines while still not even old enough to graduate from highschool. The year Niki turned 21 she broke even more records in the fashion industry when in a single month she was on six magazine covers at once. Allure magazine claims that in the six magazine cover month, that issue in 1997 has still to this date been their best-selling issue ever.

Niki's didn't always have big dreams of becoming a supermodel. She was inspiring to be a marine biologist, growing up in Florida she has a love for the ocean and even has a small dolphin tattoo on her ankle to prove it.

Her modeling career got it start when her mother sent photos of the then 13-year old beauty to a Florida modeling agency. It was soon after that when catalogues and magazines were wanting to work with Niki while still just thirteen.

However, things were not all happy times and glamorous in Niki's life, she has gone through two terrible tragedies in her life. Niki's younger sister Krissy, was following in Niki's foot steps as supermodel. Krissy started working the run ways and appearing in fashion magazines just like her older sister, and the both of them were very close, best of freinds. However, in 1995 Niki found her younger sister passed away in the living room from asthma complications. The second tragedies came on April 29 2001 when Niki was in a near-fetal car accident She was unconscious in a hospital for a month and a half and in critical condition for a very long time. When Niki finally woke she thought she was only unconscious for about four to five days. The modeling industry, fashion industry, and fans all came together to pray and be by her side for hope and recovery.

Well now Niki is back, after time, therapy, and healing. She has permanent numbness on her arm and on one side of her leg, so she can't stay on her feet for very long. However, in 2003 Niki is once again starting to appear on the fashion scene as she has already been on many magazine covers this year. She says, "All I can do is wake up every morning and thank God for giving me that day and go on with my day ."

Niki has always been know in the modeling industry as one of the nicest, sweetest and down-to-earth girls around. Unlike other models Niki would rather wear t-shirt and a pair of jeans than high fashion designer clothes. She likes to cook and would prefer a home-cooked meal to a fancy restaurant. Niki spends her free time with her twin sons, jet skiing, scuba diving, swimming, and exercising.

She has been named as People magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People in the World, been on covers of hundred magazines, is a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, a Victoria's Secret model, modeled for all the worlds top designers, a Cover Girl cover girl, and a divorced mother of twins boys. At her very young age Niki has been through it all, and still shines as a wonderful sweet and caring person. She has many more good things to come and not only is she supermodel she is a super-role-model to many young girls and aspiring models.
